Welcome to Northbay Animal Hospital's Pet Hotel

Our professional and friendly staff members are as crazy about dogs and cats as you are.  We provide a safe, clean and loving environment.

We are committed to taking good care of your pets and we all take that responsibility very seriously.

Our pet boarding is veterinarian supervised in addition to our having a well-trained and dedicated staff to care for our dog and cat guests.

Dogs

Our runs are cleaned twice daily and heated or air-conditioned for your dog's comfort. 

All dogs get three walks a day.  Staff members enjoy "walk-time" as an opportunity to give each of the dogs individual attention and affection.  We will treat your dog just like one of our own.

Cats

While your cat is with us they will receive special care and personalized attention.  Our staff loves kitties!  Your cat will feel safe and comfortable and you can relax and enjoy your time away.

• Beds/blankets
• Food and treats
• Pampering
• Catnip
• Cat trees
• Large screen TV entertainment

Required Vaccines:

• Rabies
• FVRCP (Distemper)

Drop-off and Pick-up Hours

Preparing for Boarding

• Make reservations early, especially for holidays.
• Plan to arrive for your pet's stay early enough to allow time to complete any necessary paperwork.
• Bring any medication that your pet is taking.
• Please make sure that it is labeled with your pet's name and clear dosage directions.
• We provide the highest quality food, Royal Canin.  If your pet is on a special diet, bring enough to last for their visit.  Please label all containers with your pet's name and specific feeding instructions.
• We provide all pets with beds/blankets and toys.  Bedding brought from home must be washable.  We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Bring your pet's immunization record.

For the health and safety of our guests, all dogs and cats must be current on their vaccines.  Written proof is required at the time your pet is dropped off.  We can make arrangements to have one of our doctors update your pet's vaccinations upon arrival if necessary.  We cannot accept un-vaccinated animals for boarding.
