The Cat Chateau at Northbay Animal Hospital is open year round!  Cats will be pleased to know that there is a "No Dog" policy in place.  Our feline guests will enjoy a plush private suite with a multi-level cat tree and daily entertainment on our large screen TV, all in a secure, climate-controlled environment.  And you will have the comfort of knowing that your four-legged friend's visit to the Cat Chateau is veterinarian supervised. 

About Us

At the Cat Chateau your kitty will enjoy a private suite with a cat tree and large screen TV entertainment.

Our professional and friendly staff members are as crazy about kitties as you are.  We provide a safe, clean and loving environment.  Our goal is to provide you with the peace of mind that your pet is being well cared for until you return.

The Cat Chateau is veterinarian supervised in addition to our having a well-trained staff to care for our feline guests.

We offer a variety of grooming services, including: baths, brush outs, cuts and nail trims.

We dispense medications such as insulin shots, pills and other medications.

We are a full service veterinary hospital (Northbay Animal Hospital) and will be happy to provide your pet with any health care needs while they are boarding with us.

Preparing for Boarding

Make reservations early, especially for holidays.

Plan to arrive for your pet's stay early enough to allow time to complete any necessary paperwork.

Bring any medication that your pet is taking.  Please make sure that it is labeled with your pet's name and clear dosage instructions.

We provide:

• Beds/blankets
• Cat trees
• Food and treats
• Pampering
• Large screen TV entertainment

We do encourage you to bring your kitty's favorite toy, treats or bed to make your kitty's stay as comfortable as possible.  Bedding and things brought from home must be washable. 

We provide the highest quality food, Royal Canin.  If your pet is on a special diet, bring enough to last for their visit.  Please label all containers with your pet's name and specific feeding instructions.

Bring your pet's immunization record.  For the health and safety of our guests, all cats must be current on their vaccines.  Written proof is required at the time your pet is dropped off.  We can make arrangements to have one of our doctors update your pet's vaccinations upon their arrival if necessary.  We cannot accept un-vaccinated animals for boarding.

For the health and safety of our guests, all cats must be current on their vaccines.  Written proof is required at the time your pet is dropped off.  We can make arrangements to have one of our doctors update your pet's vaccinations upon their arrival if necessary.  We cannot accept non-vaccinated animals for boarding.
